What personal data we collect and why we collect it

This Privacy Policy describes how Afia INC. and its affiliates (“Afia INC.,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of our websites (afiahealth.com), services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  1. Information You Provide
    1. Booking Registration. When you request a booking or appointment, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.
    2. User Content. You may publicly content on our Services. In this case, you agree that your profile information and the content you post may be viewed and used by other users and third parties we do not control.
    3. Analytics & Metrics data. We collect metrics and usage data from the Site through third parties such as Facebook Pixels and Google Analytics.
    4. Newsletter data. We collect, under your prior consent, emails for the purpose of newsletters and sending commercial/ marketing communications.
    5. Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.
