Working together to make positive change
We work with a trusted group of private and public partners dedicated to improving the public health system. The goal of Afia and its partners is to create an effective and cost efficient health care delivery system that can generate capacity to provide universal healthcare for everyone in the country.
Healthcare Strategy (WCHO)
The WCHO is a national center of excellence for the implementation of Integrated Health (physical and mental) and Evidence Based Practices (EBP). Successful implementation of the organizational changes, policies, and procedures around these concepts will help other healthcare organizations improve the care they provide to their patients. The WCHO’s services are complimentary to Afia’s because our products are rooted in the same philosophies that can be found at the WCHO. In cases where customers would like to implement these philosophies in their systems, Afia will work with the WCHO to make sure each new client has the proper support system in palace.
Change Management (PMP)
The successful implementation of any new technology system requires that people grow beyond their current capabilities.
